At BioCore Labs we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As this is a consumable dietary supplement, the following policy applies:
Refunds and replacements
We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).
How to request it
You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date by emailing info@biocoresupplement.shop with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the product received and its packaging.
Once your request is verified, we will send a free replacement or process a refund to your original payment method.
What this policy does not cover
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchase.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products (unless they arrived damaged).
- Expected individual reactions; we recommend consulting your doctor before using any supplement.
Undelivered or lost orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us at info@biocoresupplement.shop and we will help you track or resolve it.
